The Ultimate Bond

The Ultimate Bond

There are so many things in life that can connect two people intrinsically. From experiencing something out of this world to starting on a new adventure together, the bonds we create are best made when we are tested, challenged, and deeply engaged. When Beate and Natasha came in for their photo shoot, their bond was immediately felt. I can only imagine that this mother-daughter duo has strengthened their connection through their time working together.
Tasch wears the Lucky Red with added charms sold separately (these charms coming soon!) on the Jules hoop.
Co-owners of Boutique Skin Envie, these ladies run an online e-commerce virtual medispa. It’s not just a skincare products shop, it’s a medical-grade and cosmeceutical-grade skincare boutique and if Beate has anything to say about it, Boutique Skin Envie will “hopefully become the number 1 go-to company in Canada for all things skincare!”
Natascha wears the What a Pearl Wants ring & Jess Hoops (as rings).
Beate and Natasha’s interests expand beyond the skincare industry, and when asked about their current fashion faves, Beate explained that she’s a super casual, comfort-first dresser. “I also like to dress up my outfits with a blazer, but I’m pretty casual with converse and jeans. No matter what, I always like to wear pearls.” Committed to a black and white palette, even her love of pearls fits the monochromatic look. “I have a couple strands of pearls that I love because I find that they’re very in style and always timeless.” I have to agree that pearls (think Lucky Red) are not only a staple but also a classic, especially for a laidback look, it just completes the look with elegance, sophistication, and a feminine touch.

Like mother like daughter, Natasha is also a super casual chic kind of dresser. Everything from jeans and a blazer to a good sweatsuit does the trick for her. Recently into all things blue, Zara, and Off White, Natasha trends with the tide and has her eye on the Rainbow Road. “It’s my favourite piece, I see so many stars wearing it!”

The things that bring us together as sometimes easy to identify. In Beate and Natasha’s case, running a business together can definitely have a powerful impact on a relationship, but I also think there’s something to be said about the connection we feel through the jewelry we wear, we gift, and pass on. “My most treasured piece is the 3 gold rings that I got that I got from my daughter’s father, my ex-husband. One was for my birthday, one was for when my daughter was born, and the last was also for a significant event,” Beate remembers. “He gave them to me at 3 different times and they were all meaningful, especially with the birth of my daughter.” From pearls and rainbows to rings of gold, Beate and Natasha are connected in many a wonderful way.
