We accept merchandise in its original condition for a refund within 14 days of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please use our returns portal:
Once submitted, you will be guided through the process.
If contacting us, please include:
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and unworn
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- The item must be in the same condition it was received
- Proof of purchase must be included
We cannot issue refunds on items that have been damaged, worn, or broken.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–8 business days, unless purchased on pre-order.
Delivery
Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post or other carriers.
U.S. orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or Purolator.
Delivery typically takes 4–8 business days, depending on the time of year.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for items sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Duties & Taxes
Duties and taxes are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
