Returns & Exchanges

We accept merchandise in its original condition for a refund within 14 days of purchase.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and unworn
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• The item must be in the same condition it was received
Proof of purchase must be included (invoice or order confirmation)

We cannot issue refunds on jewelry that has been damaged, worn, or broken.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• We strongly recommend shipping your return with a tracking number
• Mademoiselle Jules is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit

Refunds do not include the original shipping charges paid by the customer.

Mademoiselle Jules is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address.
