Each Mademoiselle Jules piece is thoughtfully designed to be worn and enjoyed every day. Crafted with high-quality materials, including gold-plated, silver-plated, and natural stones, our jewelry is made to balance beauty and longevity.

Care Guidelines

To preserve the brilliance of your jewelry over time, we recommend avoiding direct contact with:

Water and humidity
Hand sanitizers and soaps
Perfumes, lotions, and beauty products
Excessive friction or impact

We also suggest storing your pieces in their original pouch when not worn.

Gold-plated and silver-plated jewelry are delicate by nature. Over time, and depending on how often a piece is worn, natural fading, oxidation, or changes in finish may occur. This is a normal part of the lifecycle of plated jewelry.

Warranty

We offer a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects only.

This includes:

Structural issues
Faulty closures
Abnormal plating defects appearing within an early period of wear

The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Tarnishing, fading, or oxidation caused by exposure (water, sanitizer, perfumes, etc.)
Scratches, impact damage, or breakage caused by improper handling
Lost items or missing components
